About the Artworks

All artworks available in this online store are original works. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for reasons related to customer preference (such as change of mind or differences in personal expectations after purchase).

Due to the nature of artworks, colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on your monitor settings or display environment. We appreciate your understanding.

However, returns or refunds may be accepted in the following cases:
 • The artwork was damaged during shipping
 • The delivered artwork significantly differs from the description on the website
 • The artwork delivered is different from the item ordered

If an Artwork Arrives Damaged or Defective

Please inspect the condition of the artwork as soon as possible after delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or discrepancies from the listing description, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the artwork.

As many artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces, exchanges may not always be possible. In such cases, a refund will be provided.

When contacting us, please include photographs showing the condition of the artwork.

Return Process

Please contact us before returning any artwork.
 2. Return Approval
We will inform you whether the return is eligible and provide instructions for the return.
 3. Return Shipment
Please carefully repackage the artwork and return it according to the provided instructions.
 4. Inspection
Once the artwork arrives, we will inspect its condition.
 5. Refund Processing
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within approximately 10 business days.

Refunds

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your card issuer or financial institution, it may take several days to up to two weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
