Shipping Policy

between gallery online store places great importance on delivering artworks safely. Each artwork is carefully packed and shipped using methods appropriate to the nature and size of the piece. Please review the following information before making a purchase.

Shipping Time

Orders are generally shipped within two weeks after payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Between Gallery that includes a tracking number.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Depending on the size and nature of the artwork, we will ship using one of the following methods:
・Courier services (Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post, etc.)
・Other shipping methods deemed appropriate for the artwork

Please note that customers cannot request a specific shipping carrier.

Shipping Fees

In principle, shipping costs are included in the price of the artworks.  
However, depending on the artist's preference, shipping may be charged separately at actual cost.  
In such cases, details will be provided on each product page.

If shipping is charged separately, domestic shipments within Japan will be sent cash on delivery. For international shipments, shipping costs will be confirmed and communicated in advance.

Estimated Delivery Time

・Domestic Shipping (within Japan): approximately 1–3 business days after shipment
・International Shipping: approximately 1–3 weeks after shipment

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and other circumstances.
Delays may also occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or carrier-related factors.
For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to help prevent damage during transportation.

Shipping Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, name, and phone number are entered correctly when placing your order.
If the provided information is incomplete or incorrect, it may result in delivery delays or the package being returned.
If reshipment becomes necessary due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.

Failed Delivery or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to extended absence or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the artwork.
If we are unable to contact the customer for an extended period, the order may be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

If the artwork is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the artwork.
We will review the situation and respond in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
