Artist Profile:
Plants each have their own vegetation and grow with unique characteristics in nature. I observe them, reconstruct them within myself, and translate them into paintings. It's interesting how, instead of just depicting their visible forms, my own "plant" paintings become iconic, blended with memories from the moment I saw the subject and memories from childhood.
